Patrice Blakemore, Esq.
Patrice Blakemore, president of Blakemore Coaching, is an attorney and well-respected motivational speaker, workshop facilitator and confidence coach. She has spoken to thousands of people to show them how to create a phenomenal career and life.
Patrice received her undergraduate degree from Spelman College in 3 ½ years, and her law degree in 2 ½ years from the University of Dayton School of Law. After graduating from law school, Patrice worked for the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s office before moving to Cleveland, Ohio.
In 2009, Patrice decided to use her experience as an attorney to create workshops and coaching programs for women in male-dominated professions. She assists participants in increasing their confidence and productivity through goal setting and execution.
Patrice shows women how to be outstanding in their profession and employers how to help their female employees to be more productive. Participants learn that increasing confidence leads to more clients, effective communication, improvement of professional relationships and inspirational leadership.
Patrice founded Blakemore Coaching because she realized women's success is inextricably tied to their confidence. She has given presentations to organizations such as: Cleveland Clinic, University of Dayton School of Law, Oswald Companies, Ladies Who Launch, Cleveland Women’s Journal and the National Black MBA.
In 2009, Patrice was selected as one of nine people to participate in the "Emerging Entrepreneurs Program" initiated by The Presidents' Council Foundation in partnership with Baldwin-Wallace. The objective of this program is to increase economic growth in Northeast Ohio.
Patrice also served for two years as a chapter president for a nonprofit organization for mothers of color. During her time as president, she reorganized the chapter, increased membership and improved relationships.
